Перед строительством нам необходимо будет провести архитектурное проектирование (на это потребуется в среднем до 45 дней). Средняя стоимость архитектурного проектирования 7 000 - 10 000 долларов для проектов до 200 квадратных метров. В архитектурное проектирование входит два документа (концептуальный дизайн и архитектурный проект) и одно видео в enscape (визуализация).

Before construction, we will need to carry out architectural design (this will take up to 45 days on average). The average cost of architectural design 7 000 - 10 000 dollars for projects up to 200 square meters. Architectural design includes two documents (conceptual design and architectural design) and one enscape video (visualization).

The same condition is a non-refundable deposit of $1,000, which will be credited to the cost of the architectural project.
