Following steps
1) Conceptual Design Project
We'll prepare the concept (can start when there is no land) in 2 weeks.
For the second meeting, we provide:
• 3 exterior options (manual graphics)
• 2 layout options (according to the size and footage)
2) Architectural Project Development
We'll develop the architectural project, creating all the drawings, in 1 month.
3) Project Approval
We'll get the project approved by the local tesaban (1-2 months) and then start building (from 1 month).
4) Construction
From 1 to 3 months
5) Maintenance and warranty
