Bamboo is not just a plant cut down in the yard. Such a house would not have stood for a couple of months. We purchase various varieties of bamboo from our trusted suppliers. Just look at how bamboo goes from a sprout to a finished piece of architecture!
Different varieties of bamboo are grown on the plantations. The soil on these lands is fertile with all the necessary trace elements.
Sufficiently ripe stems are harvested, while manual collection is also used for more precise handling.
All bamboo is technologically treated for fire resistance and protection from termites through a vacuum treatment process.
Bamboo is dried to the desired level, then distributed according to the length and diameter of the stem, and then delivered to us.
Our team of highly skilled builders is beginning to assemble the structure.

Yes, we work with both external and internal engineering teams. We have a dedicated design engineer on our team, but we also need to collaborate with a few contractors from time to time, as our own resources are not always available.
Our concept is to combine the best qualities of various materials, including metal, glass, concrete, wood, high-quality insulation materials, different types of roofing, and, of course, bamboo.
This makes our buildings as practical and comfortable as possible for use and living. The combination of different materials allows us to create structures that are environmentally friendly, durable, and long-lasting.
Air conditioning and bamboo make a perfect combination. They can be compared to a concrete structure, which heats up during the day and then gives off heat all night. However, bamboo does not heat up as much, so it's easier to cool a room and keep it cool with the help of modern insulation materials.
Each building is designed by a team of experienced engineers, architects, and designers who work together to create a reliable and durable structure that will last for many years.
We use different types of roofs:
- Palm leaf 7-15 years old
- Bambu shingle is 10-15 years old
- Asphalt Roof (soft tiles) up to 25 years old
- Concrete flat roof up to 25 years old

We use traditional types of foundations, such as reinforced concrete, which allow us to obtain a building permit.
Using modern insulation materials, we can provide excellent sound insulation.
